To provide human resources consultation to managers, supervisors and employees across 46 state agencies on a wide range of human resource management services in a quality and timely manner. Principal HR areas include investigations, labor consultation, performance management, and participation with HR staff outside the LR team on workforce planning, manager training, development, and coaching.

This position has access to labor relations information as defined in M.S.13.37; participates in meetings where ADM-SmART and state negotiation proposals are discussed and evaluated; and provides data and information to labor negotiations as it relates to workgroup, job allocation and selection issues.

This position is eligible for a hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework arrangement, onsite attendance will be required for team members or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required.
