This role will lead and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Staffing Unit, providing expert guidance and support to agency leadership, managers, supervisors and staff on staffing, classification and compensation, labor contract interpretation, workforce planning, and performance management. Establish unit priorities and work plans aligned with agency and Human Resources strategic goals, coordinate HR functions across units, and ensure compliance with delegated authorities and HR policies.

Reporting to the Deputy Human Resources Director, this position serves as a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and plays a key role in advancing organizational effectiveness, workforce strategies and HR service delivery across the agency.
