[Journalists] need some help

I actually looked at stonybrook, and they didn't have the program I was
looking for. I haven't checked queens college. I heard that NYU is crazy
hard. If you know of any in jersey, I would appreciate it. I love ny, but
its too expsensive. I would love to go to Pace, or Columbia but again, they
are private schools, and idon't have the money for that. I also didn't see a
disibility office on their home page. Thanks for the information. I even
checked manhatonville, and st. johns college. They sound great, but they
don't have the program I want. I've visited NYC twice, and loved it. Do you
use the subway system? Is it hard to figure out which one to take, if you
can't see? How would you figure that out? I'm just curious, so if I do find
one there, I would be prepared. I've been on the subways, and I couldn't
figure it out. Lol I was with a friend, so I didn't have to worry to much
about it. ASU sounds great so far, but I'm still looking.

Local schools in NY include
Hofstra University (good school. My daughter attended)
Stony Brook (a state university)
Pace (not recommended)
C.W. Post
Adelphi University
Molloy College -- Rockville Centre. (Community has apartments nearby, but
am not sure about dorms)
Local community colleges (probably not what you are looking for)--Nassau &
Suffolk Community colleges.
New York Institute of Technology

My alma mater is Queens College of the City of New York. My husband
attended Brooklyn College and New York University (in New York City)

Best check online catalogues and see whether any of them offer what you are
looking for.
Lori Stayer

and I've probably missed a few on Long Island. Many more in New York
City.
Hofstra has dormitories. I don't think C.W. Post does. Not sure about th
at or about Adelphi.
