Elizaveth,
that was my experience too; I was not able to collaborate with peers in 
college via google docs. I did the assignment another way.
So, its not just me then.

Getting good at social media is a good idea; I struggle a lot and don't have 
the patience for it. take linked in, it can work, I'm told, but if you use 
jaws and cannot see where to scroll to, its extremely challenging and hard 
to navigate the site to do anything.

With a sighted person, maybe I'll learn it though.
