Hey Georgia,
Great to hear from you! We all missed you and Buddy at the chapter meeting this past Saturday! I hope you guys are well.

Yes, please send your check to the affiliate office.

I will put your names down for the December 14 holiday lunch. We are doing a hoagie tray at $8 per person. Also, if you want to bring a side or a dessert, just let me know what it is.

For the gift exchange, I will also put both your names in for that. We are recommending gifts to be in the price range of $15 to $20 per person.

I'm so glad you both will be there in December!
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Have a great week.
Harriet

Subject: [KeyStoneChapter] November 2019 Chapter Meeting

Hi everyone!
Our next chapter meeting will be this Saturday, November 9, 2019. The meeting will start at 10:15 a.m. The meeting location is 1500 Walnut Street in Philadelphia.

We have a lot going on in the next few months, so please join us!

1. On November 23, 2019, our chapter will be taking a trip to the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. At the museum, we will have the unique opportunity to enjoy a tactile touch tour. This tour will feature the recently opened Africa and Central America exhibits, including others like Egypt, Rome, China, and Native America. There will be a free bus picking up people from 1500 Walnut Street at approximately 11:00 a.m. Please feel free to bring a friend, family member, or neighbor.

2. Our chapter is again purchasing holiday gifts for the students at St. Lucy Day School for Children with Visual Impairments. There are about 45 students. A donation of $20 can help to make gifts available for up to 3 students. Please help to make this happen for them. We will be collecting donations during our November and December chapter meetings. If you are unable to attend a meeting and would like to help out with this project, please let me know.

3. After our December chapter meeting on December 14, 2019, we will be celebrating the holiday season with our annual chapter holiday lunch and gift exchange! For the lunch, we will be purchasing a hoagie tray. The cost for the hoagies will be $8 per person. We will be collecting money for this at our November and December meetings.

4. Also, for the holiday lunch, individuals may bring in a side dish or dessert to share with everyone. Please let me know what you are bringing.

5. Finally, if you would like to participate in the gift exchange, please let me know via email or phone.

So lots going on in the next couple of weeks. We hope you can join us for some or all of these great activities and fellowship. If you have never been to a meeting before, this is a great time to come along. All are welcome!

As always, if you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to ask.

I hope to see all of this Saturday!
Harriet
