[Massachusetts-NFB] Thank you, Cambridge Chapter/NFB

Shirley, thank you for taking on the chapter presidency.  I appreciate 
your work.  During my first two stints in the NFB, I was a chapter 
president several times.  Much has changed in the job since then, it 
seems, but enough may be the same that I can somewhat understand how it 
is to have the job.  I was uncertain about what to do and how to do it 
for quite a time, but I'd guess your people skills now are far better 
than mine were then--and probably then they are now.
