[Massachusetts-NFB] April parent division meeting

Good afternoon Federation friends and family,
as discussed during our MAPBC business meeting during the  state convention, the division has a set of draft goals for 2026 that we would like to adopt so that we can move forward with the work while being intentionally mindful to request inputs from potential members of the division.
