Self-Management Education Classes.

Coping:  A Journey to Living Well

Join this free six-week program to help you enjoy a healthier life!
Learn how to maximize your potential even when a long-term health
condition may require you to alter your activities. Health problems
could include diabetes, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, asthma,
cancer, arthritis, mild depression, obesity and osteoporosis. Classes
are 2.5-hours, once a week for six weeks. Family members, friends and
caregivers are also welcome.

NEW Support Group for Individuals with Early-Stage Alzheimer's Disease
and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)
Holy Cross Health is pleased to offer a new support group for
individuals who have been diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer's disease
or mild cognitive impairment. Group members will have the opportunity to
bond, socialize and receive helpful information and support. The group
is co-facilitated by a registered nurse and a licensed social worker.

2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month

1:30 pm - 2:45 pm
