CD Baby is totally where it's at.

They will ship your physical product, they have an online store which 
sells your albums in MP3, Flac, and other formats, and they submit to 
about 40 digital stores including iTunes, Amazon, etc.

Also, they have partnered with a company called Rumble Fish, which will 
track how your music is being used on youtube. When someone uses it in a 
video, they put an ad on that user's vid and you get paid.

Lastly, they have a service called CD Baby Pro, which helps you secure 
performance royalties with ASCAP, BMI, etc.

Tunecore has a yearly fee, while CD Baby has a 1 time cost per single or 
album, depending on what kinds of percs you want.
