[musictlk] question

Rob,

What is your solution for stage fright...?  I have good vocal skills and 
control, but when singing a solo, have some issues with shaking hands and 
feet.  What have you found that keeps that from happening, or at least, 
keeps it under control?
Anyone can answer this as well.
