[musictlk] trouble with rhythm

Hi Kelsey,

The G whole note is dots 1 2 3 5 6. The B whole note is dots 2 3 4 5
6. Remember, whole and sixteenth notes are eighth notes with dots 3
and 6 added. Your problem is that you are inverting them somehow.

The best way to figure out rhythm patterns is to practice reading
them and counting them aloud. Go over that lesson again until you
know it well. If you have trouble with fractions, you'll have trouble
with rhythem.

Blessings,

Linda
