Hello,
Does anyone know of any tools for blind people to learn how to develop
their own electronics?
In particular, schematic diagrams, designing a PCB and how to solder.
I was looking at:

to get the steps I need to know.

I found:

on soldering blind, but that is it.
Are there any lists for blind electrical engineers?
