[nabs-l] accommodations in public school

Yeah, everyone knows that I'm leaglly blind, they just say that
because I have sight I should use it. I go to a really poor school and
they say that they won't pay for it. My family just can't pay for
tuition and then on top of that, braille books, embossers, and other
adaptive technology.
