[nabs-l] Conference call- Election discussion forum

I cannot make this time.  Earlier or later I can manage, but 
specifically between 7:45pm EDT and 8:45pm, I have religious 
obligations in that time frame.

Would earlier or later work for interested people?  9pm or 5pm 
perhaps?

My understanding is that this call is focused on solutions to the 
election problems rather than hashing out complaints about the 
previous elections.  It shouldn't be too contentious, and I can't 
imagine it running really late.

I've got a potential solution.  It's not uniquely mine, and it's not 
probably not perfect.  I hope that other callers can help improve it.
