How can I talk about solutions to a problem, if I don't identify the 
problem.

How do I not address what happened in the election process, if I am meeting 
to make sure those things don't happen again?

I understand about being positive, and constructive, but expect me to have 
some measured criticism, and suggestions for solutions at the meeting.
