Hi I took both first aid and cpr. I had an instructor work with me one on
one. The instructor helped me find ware I had to place my hands on the dummy
for the chest compressions and how to place my hands for the head tilt chin
lift. You work with a video but if you need to move a little slower then the
video that is ok. The instructor also read the test to me at the end. For
first aid you also go by a video but you also practice what to do when you
find someone in shock and how to care for woonds. Hope this helps.
Rania,
