[nabs-l] handicaped parking

I think the Nabbs list could be used for more productive topics related to students, colleges and univercities, legal issues with higher education; not, issues concerning parks, passes, and "freebees."  I understand each one of us look for outlets and spaces to vent; however, we can maybe set up a special list for issues with dailly discussions with special topics in a "random" list.  It could be in-titled: random thoughts/discussions at nfbnet.org or something elce.
