Hi Beth and all,

That's just it, the fact that you didn't receive adequate sex education in
school. The survey is by no means trying to insult blind people, its purpose
is purely informational. Better yet, if you have questions, that's what the
contact information in the original post is for, to contact the person and
ask questions about it rather than jumping to conclusions.
