[nabs-l] Any thoughts on Washington seminar?

Sean,
I'm wondering if starting with the Common Core isn't a bad idea.
I'm not quite sure who puts the common core together (the National
Governor's Association I think), but...if we got that same body to
make an addendum to the common core, would that not be a decent place
to start from?
