[nabs-l] Vocational rehab

Having trouble getting my agency to pay out of state costs for me to attend LA Tech's O/M program. Because there is an AER program in Arkansas, thy are adhering to their in-state preference policy. However, the two programs are completely different and the program in Louisiana can only be found in Louisiana. Therefore, I'm challenging the policy.
