Greatly appreciated response from Michelle! That is a very good list of
questions to address for any proposed change of procedure. I have some
answers in mind, but would like to develop them further before responding.
And yes, we definitely need to hear the opinions of people who this will
effect, students, board members, candidates, would-be due payers, and so
on.
