Really, do you know anyone blind doing that? Also remember you cannot touch 
the meat due to sanitation regulations.  How would you know your burgers are 
done in that industrail kitchen?

Who says we can’t flip burgers or make like anyone else that age?

The reality is that we are seldom hired for these jobs, but who says
we cannot do them?  I see no reason why we could not learn to do
those things.
