[nabs-l] Off Topic Messages

Thank you for taking charge in bringing this email list back to where it 
should be. However, I am also wondering why none of the current board 
members have not done anything publically to steer the list back in the 
right direction. Is it typical for you to moderate this list on your own, or 
is there generally someone designated by the board to help you in this 
matter as well? Any clarification you can provide on this matter would be 
greatly appreciated.
