[nabs-l] Off Topic Messages

The nabs board and other appointed persons, who have watched the list
over the years have generally been good about keeping things on
track. However, students are busy, and different people have
different boiling points. I am there as a backup, as needed, I at
least skim everything on every list. I try not to get to far behind,
but sometime do -- as I did with nabs-l this week.
