No, I got a good person, as you did. I guess these other people happened to
get reps who didn't know VoiceOver. But I'll give Apple credit here; they've
really devoted a lot of attension to putting accessibility into their
products and teaching their tech support people how to work with the
accessibility features and with people who have disabilities.

really? I had them set up speech for me. maybe you just got the wrong
people. They even knew how to deal with my autism, witch is even more rare
then blindnes. I would call a few times, or even I would be willing to help
u. email me off list. i use tty and got alot done that. I would help u
