[nabs-l] Preparing to attend an Nfb Training Center

Hello to all. I talked to a friend of mine who attended blind INC in
Minnosota. She told me about some of the classes she had to do, and
some of the things she learned there. I wanted to go there, but I
heard that ILLINOIS is a very hard state to get your VR counselor to
allow you to go as far as paying for the cost since it is an out of
state facility. My friend told me about a girl she knew where it took
fifteen months in order for the paper work to get processed. I didn't
want to take that chance.
