[nabs-l] Taking breaks during work

My break from school coursework is definitely music. It helps me
reduce stress or even gets me amped up and ready to take on my
assignment.

You can listen to it at your desk or if you have a music playing
device such as an iPOD or other type of device, you can take it with
you.
