[NABS-L] Training center advice

Dear everyone,
I attended lcb in 2012.  I graduated in 2013.  I finished all of my requirements but I didn’t really take it seriously. Also i was a vegetarian at the time but now i eat meat. Also i have lost more vision and my braille is not strong. Am I allowed to go to another train center at Colorado or blind inc. I enjoy the city and i like the cold. I have a summer internship with AAPD they are reaching out to Georgia from dc. so I won’t be able to come to national convention. I am graduating with my masters in social work. I am hoping to get a job in August after my internship. I am not sure what to do.
