Hi Shikha thanks for your message. Your Vocational Rehabilitation counselor has to refer you to a job coach. A few weeks ago, I had a Rehab Engineer at my job to train me on the Jaws commands that will work appropriately with our phone system. On our last day together, he hasked me if I felt like I needed a job coach. I think you should write your VR counselor again and inquire about this.
