[NABS-L] Secure Accessible Transcribing Software?

Hi, I use Otter for my work. Not sure if it mees the security
standards your work may require but it is decent for accessibility.
There are a few unlabeled buttons, but easy enough to learn your way
around if you spend some time with it. (If you end up using this, I
can also assist if needed)
I also love the quality of their transcription. I do have to go into
the transcript and proofread and compare with the recording to clean
up but it is pretty good.
You can access Otter by typing in otter.ai on the web browser address bar.
