[NABS-L] Question Regarding NVDA Update

Hello Jackson,

This could be due to the fact that the latest versions of NVDA is based on Python 3, which is a newer code base that the screen-reader uses compared to the older python 2 version. This will make older add-ons coded in python 2.7 unusable with the later versions of NVDA. Add-ons are constantly being updated to the newer python 3 codebase, so I highly encourage you to check the developer page or add-on repositories for the latest version of the add-ons you are wanting to install.

Hope this helps!

Take care,
Seyoon

I recently just updated NVDA a few days ago. When it updated NVDA, it told me that the eloquence voice add-on and the screen curtain add-on was no longer available to use with the update. Has anyone run across this problem as well? If so, what did you do to resolve it? I hope to hear from someone soon.
