Hi Shelbi, 

Thanks for this information. I've tried to access the link, but when I pasted it in to my browser and clicked enter, I got a message that said, "page not found." Is there a typo error of some kind on the link? Can you re-send it again as a link that can be clicked on from the email message itself instead so that it's easier to access it?
