I'm copying the nabs list back into this thread because apparently it's
a Tuesday and my initial response didn't go their as well.
OK, fine, it doesn't want to be that simple?
Technology on a Tuesday.
First, make sure you have a current backup of your flash disk.
You can do this from utilities and the backup/restore flash disk option.
Next, go into setup, and select Initialize braille sense options
This will restore the software back to factory settings.
You'll get a message asking if you want to initialize braille sense
options, tell it yes.
You'll be told initializing settings, system will reboot.
Once this is done, and the system reboots, you'll get the tutorial, feel
free to exit it with space+E.
This should, in theory resolve any underlying software issues and if the
world is nice to us all, your cursor routing keys should work as
expected.
If not, I'm out of ideas, and hims'll have to help you from here.

>>> Hi everyone,
>>> I recently sent in my BrailleSense 6 for repair, for some issues it has been having. I got it back today, and the original issues seem to have been resolved, but the cursor routing buttons are not working. I have tried rebooting the device, but they still aren't working. I looked through the settings to see if there was any way I could reactivate them, but they still don't work.
>>> I have emailed HIMS and will hear back hopefully tomorrow, but I was wondering in the mean-time if anyone else has had this issue with their cursor and if they were able to fix it.
>>> Thanks,
>>> Vejas
