I was looking for a different leash to use with Franklin and found this " The Gripper guide dog leash". But not sure what its made of.

Product Description

The Guide Dog Leash has been specifically designed for those with special needs. It comes standard in 3/4" width and measures 5' 5" long. It has a solid brass bolt snap at each end and two D-rings along the body of the leash. The snap is attached to the first D-ring to make a standard leash with a handle. The second D-ring allows the leash to be shortened to half its length for use with the guide dog harness.
