I can't put my hands on it right now, but you probably have in your miles of
files the number and/or web address for complaints to the DOT regarding
disability issues.
They should probably also receive your complaint, Liz.

Hi;
I'd definitely draft a letter, make a call, and email whomever needs to know
the reservationist's  questions could be construed as potentially
discriminatory.  What if you were a handler with a Sheppard? Would they
insist on a muzzle?It's the kind of think that would make me get my hackles
up. pun intended. Smile.
