[nagdu] guide dogs and bike/tandem?

You can buy a Walky Dog harness and set up for a bike.

You attach a clamp to the bike and a sort of arm comes out and  
attaches to a harness.  Your dog can run along side.
I don't have the balance to ride a bike so can't say how work-able it  
is, but if I rode a bike, I'd love to try it out.
