[nagdu] guide dogs and bike/tandem?

There was a recent article in Whole Dog Journal all about biking with your
dog.  They highly recommended a person buy one of the products that you
attach to the bike that has a shock absorber and quick release that you then
attach your dog too.  Much much safer than just holding onto a leash or
letting your dog run free.  I believe one of them was called "The Springer"
but I can't seem to locate my copy of the article right now.
