Nicole,
    Though I agree this woman should face charges, it is imperative that 
they be in conformity with the law. Otherwise, the defense will be able to 
argue her out of charges on technicalities. Furthermore, it is in the 
interest of jurisprudence and social justice. This is the reason we need to 
have strong service animal protection laws in every state.
