You're right...I suppose it's a bit of a mentality that we develop when we
are clients of agencies.
Besides, the dog means a lot to us and somehow we feel intimidated and are
afraid they would do something that would prejudice our chances of receiving
service.
But what you say is spot on.
I think we have a sort of slave mentality.

But I need to think a little before I flesh this out.
