Hey All My guide and I do great outdoors and in. I need for him though to slow down in stores a bit especially in crowded areas. My mom says he just sort of barrels his way through the crowds. I tried gently bouncing the harness and also slowly pulling then pushing forward on the handle. Thanks for any suggestions. He is a speed demon. Jess
