Dear All,
I feel that the terms "smelly" and "offensive" are very subjective terms
that open doors to discrimination! The presence of a dog, in and of itself,
may be considered "offensive" to some, as we have already discovered! Even a
nicely groomed dog that is perfumed may be offensive to someone! I sure hope
the DOJ defines these terms a bit more rigorously, as we could see an
increase in access if word ets around that "smelly and offensive" dogs can
be removed from public accommodations!
Fraternally yours,
Marion
