[nagdu] Get control of that dog

I know what you mean, my dog gets very confused too, and he literally
expects others to control me before I control him, so he just stops working
for me and tries to combine me and others into his life. Very stressful. I
put him into a sit stay, then sternly tell him to do his work, after which I
immediately praise him for doing his best to only listen to me. Then I pat
him for a few seconds to clear his mind, then cheerfully say, "Ok, let's
go!" Then we get moving and he does a fantastic job! However, the people
who've confused the dog don't actually see what I do to get him back on
track, nor do they see the stress levels rising in him and me. They just
leave and expect me to pick up the pieces.
