[nagdu] Service dog helps control anxiety attacks

Hi Rebecca,
I don't see how everyone socializing their dogs can hurt us.  If society had 
well behaved dogs around, we'd just blend in and be like everyone else. 
Isn't this what the NFB and NAGDU really want for ourselves?  If all the 
dogs out in public wwere well trained, they wouldn't interfere with our 
dogs' work, either.

As to guide dogs in the grocery store, I think they are just as subject to 
ADA as any other place open to the public.  Marion, am I correct in this?

As to "being special" well, I just want to live my life as uncomplicated as 
possible! (grin!)  I think with well behaved dogs and people, we'd do 
better.  I think people would be more respectful towards us and our working 
dogs.  In Europe, they have a general understanding of the concept of 
working dogs that isn't here in the US.
