[nagdu] Service Animal Relief Areas for Southwest Airlines

Hi all:

I believe at one point we were talking about relief areas at the airports, 
while booking someone on Southwest this morning. I can across this, since my 
client has a Guide Dog.  Thought I would post it and maybe we can post it to 
the NAGDU website.
