[nagdu] Smallest Guide Dog

I think Southeastern had some Australian shepherds.  Don't know if they
still do.  I understand they're quite high-energy.

I enjoy a wagging tail, and understand that docking is probably painful,
but sometimes I wish my dog had a docked tail, so I wouldn't have to worry
about where that tail was when we're getting in a car.
