Do you mean like a computer chip like our dogs use?Yep, just insert it
behind their neck between the shoulder blades.  And, I am not trying to be
funny, but it is this type of technology I believe you are eluding to,
right?

What about something sown into the clothing or implanted into a wrist watch
that could be locked to the wrist. Or, even some sort of bracelet, something
that can't easily be forgotten or removed.
