[nagdu] Soft Stool

Hey All
For the past few days my dog's stool has been very soft. Today is the first day he had all out Diarrhea in the front yard in several different spots. He keeps rubbing his belly with his paws and wining. Am assuming he might have a bug so does anyone have any suggestions? Have heard to feed him white rice, grouned beef, and more but wanted some more opinions.
