[nagdu] harnesses

Hi
My school in Canada has just started using quick release handles. I haven't had an opportunity to try them out yet but the harnesses that the poodles get have a metal clip (like on back packs) on the side so the harness comes off pretty quick. I'm not sure if taking off the handle would really be any quicker. I also don't think that it would change how bogart acts in situations like in cabs where he is very well behaved once I take off his harness.
