[nagdu] Puppy raising Question

I haven't read the CA law regarding service dogs in training.  However I 
would find it very unlikely that provisions for training of dogs by puppy 
raisers and trainers would include access in an employment setting.  I can 
understand protections in public places, but employment situations are very 
different.
