Dear Marion,
Thanks for commending the store you were at.  Too often we are quicker to 
point out the wrongdoers, the ones who deny access and are unknowledgeable, 
than to praise the ones who do right.  I'm equally as guilty, but one thing 
I do try to keep in mind is what one of my trainers in a previous guide dog 
class said, "If you learn nothing else from this training course, learn 
this.  For every no, there's a yes."  Take care.
